The building will be brand-new, 10,000 square feet, 20-foot ceilings, with several food options and indoor and outdoor seating for approximately 150. It will be located right on one of Florida’s exercise trails that should be ready in 2024 for walking, hiking, jogging, running, and bicycling.

The Eustis Brewery Project, LLC is a new production brewery that will provide a variety of freshly brewed beer and flavored hard seltzer products to brewpubs, bars, restaurants, lounges, clubs, bistros, taverns, cafes, and canned products to package and convenience stores as well as gas stations from Daytona Beach on the east coast through Orlando and to Tampa Bay on the west coast.

Although Total Beverage’s targeted audience are other food and beverage locations from Daytona Beach through Orlando to Tampa Bay, this new 10,000 square foot building, located just blocks away from the Eustis historic district will become a destination and centerpiece to locals to gather and sample the best craft beer in all of central Florida. Total Beverage has put together, MasterBrewers and Beer professionals from Spain, United Kingdom, India, Brazil, Armenia, and the United States that will create and serve beer that is geographically correct to each of these worldwide regions. Our taproom (tasting room) servers will welcome guests and ask where they would like to visit that evening with their tastebuds as we take them on an eclectic and diverse tour of the world’s beer and alcohol pared with just the right food.
