We are offering several equipment purchase package options to the potential 3rd party purchaser and depending on what package they buy will determine what The Total Beverage Companies will provide as services to the purchaser(s). For most third-party brewpubs and franchise build outs, the basic (Bronze) brewery package offers the brewery equipment (5 BBL), installation, and training. The other two packages (Silver / Gold) will give purchasers access to our network and options to do the work themselves (Silver) or to have Total Beverage perform the described work or items chosen (Gold). For the Gold Package, we assign a private concierge consultant known as the BrewMasters Business Butler™ to consult, supervise and oversee that each option chosen by the purchaser is finished in a timely, professional, and skilled manner.
Total Beverage has a menu describing what additional options, choices, opportunities, or complete end-to-end solutions are being offered. The menu offers information on city, county, and state applicable permitting and licensing requirements, state-to-state incorporation, liquor license for both city, county, state applications, and the process. The menu also offers data for national and regional food, liquor and bar, restaurant, and kitchen equipment suppliers, national and regional nonfood suppliers, theme suppliers (nostalgia, sports, which would include, but not limited to baseball, football, basketball, hockey, soccer, boxing, MMA, Olympic, lacrosse, equestrian, cricket, rugby) and pub memorabilia as well as pool tables, dart boards, golf putting or driving centers and bar stool and table entertainment systems. We will also provide information for national and regional office suppliers, attorneys, certified public accountants, webmasters, advertising firms, personnel (temporary and permanent) / employees / contractors, insurance, banks, and financial institutions, and real estate agencies if a property is needed for your brewery, architects, engineers, or a national general contractor for buildouts of new and/or established properties if needed.
The Bronze Package We offer the Microbrewery equipment, installation and training. Price $189,995.00, (5 BBL).
The Silver Package The Silver Package – For those 3rd party purchasers wanting to do the work they want to be done themselves, we offer the contact information or data, statistics, figures, records, or numbers for any of the above-mentioned purchaser’s options or end to end solutions from the menu below. Access to our one-stop-shop network costs an additional $2,500.00 above the bronze package, so including the brewery equipment, the price is $192,495.00, (5 BBL).
The Gold PackageThe Gold Package – To those who want the work done for them, including “soup to nuts” planning, supervising, and oversight until each option or project completion. We assign a private concierge consultant for each Gold Package to consult and oversee that each option chosen by the purchaser is finished in a timely, professional, and skilled manner. This is our BrewMasters Business Butler™. The cost is an additional $7,500.00 above the silver package, so including the brewery equipment, the total cost is $199,995.00, (5 BBL).
For the true beer brewing aficionado, we will gladly sell the 5 BBL single batching brewery equipment without installation and training for the reduced price of $175,000.00 plus any applicable freight and tariffs depending on where the manufacturing is done.

Most brewery equipment system packages do NOT include a steam boiler, keg washers, keg fillers, packaging systems, freight, and any applicable tariffs, depending on where the manufacturing is done.
Any service menu option from the Brews: (filings, paperwork, official documents & suppliers), Entrees: (professionals, specialists & experts), Bottled Beer, On Tap & Desserts sections from the menu will result in a separate charge to the 3rd party purchaser from the contractor, servicer or supplier for the services selected. This includes any option selected. We offer the ability to give the purchaser the data to coordinate the work themselves (Silver Package), or we will do it for you as part of our concierge suite. (Gold Package) through our BrewMasters Business Butler™ and Network of suppliers, dealers, contractors, and providers. In most cases, the brewery will be installed first.
